Baseball Classes

Our popular baseball classes teach the fundamentals of baseball in a classroom setting, complete with instructor and whiteboard. Instruction is focused on the basics of baseball, including hitting, defensive strategy and offensive strategy. Importance in each position, mindset on approach to hitting and defensive skills are also covered, in addition to pitch counts and pitch selections.

Our baseball classes are suitable for players of any age and skill level. Students should bring a notebook and something to write with. Baseball attire/equipment is not expected or needed for this class.

Clinics

We conduct baseball clinics throughout the year to help players learn and grow in our amazing sport. Every clinic covers preparation, mobility, improvement in physical skills and ability, positional and situational knowledge, and injury prevention.

Our curriculum typically consists of three, three-hour clinics: The Art of Pitching, The Art of Catching, and Agile Fielding and Hitting.

Though each clinic covers fundamental as well as more advanced topics, our clinics are most suitable for players with at least some baseball experience (as opposed to pure beginners).

Prerequisites: Students participating in the pitching and catching clinics must be able to throw a baseball comfortably at least (i) 40 feet if aged 9 to 11 and (ii) 60 feet if aged 12 or older. Students in the catching clinic must have their own catcher’s gear with catcher’s mitt. All students must bring plenty of water, dress in customary practice attire, and bring their own bats, gloves, and batting helmets.
